5.1 Sovereignty • Restore and protect aboriginal lands for hunting and fishing, trade,
economic development
• Explore other ways to optimize opportunities; expand reservation
5.2 Culture • Communicate, encourage and promote the traditional values of:
- Hunting
- Food gathering, preparation and cultivation
- Language
- Arts and crafts
- Survival skills and encampment
• Emphasize the important role each traditional value has in the community
leading to respect of culture, health and well-being
5.3 Rules & Regulations • Establish Tribal Code, rules, regulations and enforcement for hunting,
fishing, cultivation and gathering
