#4: THE PRATT-CLARK-WILLIAMS DAM
The largest drop on the Falls River occurs behind present-day
Centerbrook Architects, creating a natural site for a dam. The Pratt-
Clark-Williams Dam constructed in the late 17th century, powered a
drill bit company known as Connecticut Valley Manufacturing for
nearly 80 years and still provides hydropower today.
