This comprehensive Plan defines our goals and key strategic initiatives that we will work
together on over the next five years and beyond.
GOAL 1: Provide services to all Cowlitz Members
GOAL 1A: Increase access for all Tribal Members
GOAL 2:
Provide enhanced, transparent, meaningful communication
GOAL 3: Engage departments and programs to improve and sustain policies,
procedures and processes across the organization
GOAL 4: Assist the Tribe and Tribal Members to help them become
more self-sufficient
GOAL 5: Continue to exercise our sovereignty to maintain and restore our
inherent rights in our aboriginal territory
